The sealed bottle is easy to open, simply unscrew it and the seal wax will break. 

Since the aperitif is a hand-made, natural product, the non-alcoholic aperitif should be stored in the refrigerator after opening. Enjoy within 4 weeks at <7 degrees. Cheers!
