We use a particularly high proportion of fresh, hand-picked organic elderflowers for the production of Mondstein elderflower essence. We produce it in our factory in the sunny south of Germany.
Enjoy the essence in a ratio of 1:6 as a refreshing spritzer or with sparkling wine and ice for what is probably the best Hugo in the world.
THE MOONSTONE ELDERFLOWER ESSENCE
Franz von Fein created this elderflower essence for the lady of his heart as a tribute to the feeling of the first day of spring. The elderflower essence was to be as radiant as the symbol of their love, the moonstone.
