The amber aperitif
The amber aperitif consists of organic oranges, lavender flowers and rosemary, among other things. It has fruity, floral and coniferous aromas with subtle bitter notes in the aftertaste. These come from the essential oils of the citrus fruit peel and the various botanicals.
 
In 2024, the Franz von Fein Bernstein aperitif was awarded gold at the World Alcohol Free Awards (WAFA). At the Falstaff Spirits Special 2024, the amber aperitif received 92 points. An aperitif that tastes of sunshine all year round.
 
We particularly like the amber aperitif with sparkling mineral water or a dry tonic water as a non-alcoholic amber spritz. The Franz von Fein amber aperitif is also fabulous for non-alcoholic cocktails, e.g. the amber sour.

The Rubin aperitif consists of organic lemons, juniper berries and hibiscus flowers, among other things, which give it its citrusy freshness. The subtle bitter notes come from the essential oils of the citrus fruit peel and the various botanicals. This aperitif with a strong character has a delicately bitter and complex taste. 
 
In 2024, the Franz von Fein Rubin aperitif was awarded gold at the World Alcohol Free Awards (WAFA). It was also named 'Best Aperitif' among all participants in this largest competition for non-alcoholic drinks. The Rubin Aperitif received 93 points at the Falstaff Spirits Special 2024.
 
We particularly like Rubin Aperitif with sparkling mineral water as a non-alcoholic Rubin Spritz. The Franz von Fein Ruby Aperitif is also fabulous for non-alcoholic cocktails, e.g. as a non-alcoholic Negroni. Further recipes can be found in the Franz von Fein recipe book.
