Franz von Fein stands for alcohol-free, handcrafted premium aperitifs from the south of Germany. Exclusively natural ingredients such as organic fruit and botanicals create an impressive taste: fruity and fresh with a subtle bitter note.
 
The Bernstein aperitif consists of organic oranges, lavender flowers and rosemary, among other things. It has fruity-floral and coniferous aromas with subtle bitter notes in the aftertaste. These come from the essential oils of the citrus fruit peel and the various botanicals.
 
In 2024, the Franz von Fein Bernstein aperitif was awarded gold at the World Alcohol Free Awards (WAFA). At the Falstaff Spirits Special 2024, the Bernstein aperitif received 92 points. An aperitif that tastes of sunshine all year round.
 
We particularly like the Bernstein aperitif with sparkling mineral water or a dry tonic water as a non-alcoholic Bernstein spritz. The Franz von Fein Bernstein aperitif is also fabulous for non-alcoholic cocktails, e.g. the Bernstein sour.
