FINEST INGREDIENTS
A fine product consists of special and fine ingredients. We rely on the taste of fresh organic
organic fruits, herbs, grasses, spices, bark and flowers.
For a natural taste.
BOTANICALS & PLANTS
We consider each ingredient according to its own characteristics. The way the fruit is processed and the degree of grinding of the herbs and spices are individually adjusted to release the desired flavors.
For perfectly harmonized aromas.
TRADITIONAL PRODUCTION METHODS
Various methods are used to process the ingredients, including maceration (cold extraction), digestion (hot extraction) and methods used in fine cuisine to gently preserve all the aromatic substances.
For an incomparably full flavor.
INTENSIVE AROMAS
The abundance of ingredients used results in our aromatic aperitif: one 0.5 l bottle contains around 25 drinks. Whether as a non-alcoholic aperitif or in one of many non-alcoholic cocktail variations.
For an intense flavor.
OUR STORY
We - Leo and Paul - are two long-time friends and have known each other since our school days in our home town of Tübingen.
Even though we have been drawn to the wide world from time to time in recent years, it has always been the south of Germany to which we like to return. Some of us were drawn to Japan and China, others to other European countries, South-East Asia and Latin America. Every place we lived brought us closer to a new eating and drinking culture. At tea ceremonies in China, we tasted tea varieties and herbs, and in Japan we got to know the perfectionism of sushi chefs. We were amazed by surprising combinations in South-East Asia and the intensity of spices in Latin America...
Back in Germany, we began experimenting with a wide variety of ingredients. Our vision was to create an alcohol-free aperitif. For complex and sophisticated drinks and a completely new taste experience. We were able to draw on more than 15 years of experience in drinks production through our family-owned manufactory. Years passed between the idea and its realization, with nights of experimentation for the creation and fine-tuning of our Franz von Fein aperitif.
Being away from home for long periods of time turns the familiar into something special. This is how we developed our passion for all the small manufacturers and artisan businesses, the people and their stories, who produce excellent products every day. With Franz von Fein, we want to unite the most exquisite manufactories from the countryside under one roof and make them accessible to the connoisseurs of this world. Manufactories whose expertise has grown over centuries in some cases. We want to protect and preserve this cultural asset. Our Franz von Fein aperitif and other special products are available in our Franz von Fein Tasting Room in Munich at Schwanthalerstrasse 141.
So that the delicious remains unforgettable.
