  • 200 ml BERNSTEIN OR RUBIN APERITIF

  • 1 litre WATER

  • 6 ORANGE SLICES

  • 15 ALLSPICY SEEDS

  • 15 CARNATIONS

  • BERNSTEIN APERITIF: 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC & 1.5 STICKS CINNAMON

  • RUBIN APERITIF: 2 TEASPOONS HIBISCUS FLOWERS

IN THE CUP

  • 2-4cl GIN OR RUM PER CUP

  • Pour in

  • GARNISH

IN THE POT

  • 200 ml RUBIN APERITIF

  • 700 ml RED WINE (SWEET - SEMI-DRY). SUITABLE WINES ARE: DORNFELDER, TROLLINGER, LEMBERGER, MERLOT OR PINOT NOIR

  • 100-200 ml of water

  • 1 ORANGE IN SLICES

  • 1 - 1.5 CINNAMON STICKS

For full flavor, let it steep for about 45 minutes at max. 70 degrees
